Gosder founded GCF in 2009. He is a native of Desdunes, Haiti and eventually made his way to Somerville, MA. Gosder Attended Boston College and majored in Communications. In 2008 Gosder was drafted 17th overall by the Detroit Lions. He had a successfull 9 year NFL career, with the last four years being split with the Indianapolis COlts and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Before, during, and after his time in the NFL Gosder felt the need to give back to various communities efforts locally and across the globe. His once one-man community service effort has expanded to a modest network of individuals with diverse skill sets. It has conducted operations in several countries and has partnered with established leaders in service. His ideals are centered around collective opportunity for all. Through a lifetime of hard work and commitment, Gosder has been fortunate to have access to many opportunities. From a successful NFL career to philanthropy and real estate, he has maintained an unwavering dedication to these ideals as he follows the mantra of this foundation: “Find a Need. Fill the Void.”
Wainwright Wint - President & Treasurer Wainwright co-founded GCF in 2009 with Gosder. He is a native of Montego Bay, Jamaica who grew up in Somerville, MA. He and Gosder met while attending Somerville High School and formed a strong bond over, education, football, and the desire to give back in their communities. Wainwright graduated from Harvard University and majored in Psychology. He has over a decade of experience in the financial services industry and nearly another decade working in the technology sector focusing on software renewals and usage, digital transformation, and operations initiatives. He oversees all operational and financial matters for GCF.
